Sub-processors

Fundclair engages the third-party service providers below to process personal data in the course of operating the platform. Each is bound by contractual data-protection obligations. This register mirrors §5 of our Privacy Policy.

Primary storage and processing are in India. The one exception is transactional email (Resend), whose infrastructure operates outside India and processes only the content necessary to deliver a notification (such as your name and the subject line).

We may add or replace a sub-processor as the platform evolves. Material changes are notified to Funds under our agreements with them before the new sub-processor begins processing, so a Fund can raise a reasonable objection. The version and date above reflect the current register.
